Colegio de San Juan de Letran in Abucay, Bataan celebrates its 1st foundation anniversary on January 30, to February 2, 2007. This year’s foundation celebration is another milestone in its history since this is the first time that the Colegio is having their foundation celebration. 

The celebration will start with a community mass on the 30th, to be followed by festive activities like the motorcade, convocation, field demonstration, opening of booths and exhibits and the car stickering project. Sports events and parlor games are lined-up in the 2nd day, while the 3rd day is dedicated to academic-related contests and activities like the slogan-making, essay writing, debate and declamation. In the afternoon, there will be a symposium on the life and works of San Miguel de Aozaraza, the Dominican saint based in Bataan. The Mr. and Ms. Letran personality will surely add spice to the event as it is scheduled in the 3rd day. On the last day of the celebration, parents and other members of the Letran community will join as they are invited for the Parents Recollection in the morning. In the afternoon, it will all be fun as they also join in the Bingo Socials. The Liem Musicale production will be shown in the evening depicting the life and works of the Colegio’s foremost alumnus saint, San Vicente Liem de la Paz, featuring the voices and talents of the Letranites.
